Biography:
Mann grew up on a farm. He received a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from Kansas State University. While in college, he interned for U.S. Rep. Jerry Moran (R-Kans.). Mann has worked in commercial real estate and served on the boards of Kansas Agriculture and Rural Leadership and the Kansas Chamber of Commerce.
