Winning Back America's Future

RPVB Youth Action is an initiative sponsored by the Republican Party of Virginia Beach. Youth Action provides young adults with skills, knowledge, and social networking opportunities that enable them to effectively defend and secure the Founding Fathers' principles of liberty.

Engaging the future

Winning back America's future starts with engaging young American's in the battle of ideas that will shape the future. RPVB Youth Action provides young adults direct access to the people, organizations, and processes that shape our public policies, laws, and economic competitiveness. We do this through hosting well known public speakers to address important current events , involvement of students in political campaigns, training that prepares future leaders, and projects that allow students to gain valuable experience working as part of a team.

Equipping Leaders

RPVB Youth Action provides both volunteer and leadership training. Volunteers participate in field training. Those interested in leadership are provided with skills training: public speaking, legislative process training, and organizing training.

Empowering Action

Student volunteers and leaders are teamed with adult mentors to practice the skills they have acquired. This includes assignment to RPVB, local, state, and federal elected official staffs and campaigns. As appropriate and with parent consent, high school juniors and seniors and college students are provided with opportunities to attend special events such as general assembly sessions in Richmond, Congressional sessions in Washington, receptions, and special events.
