Candidate Recruitment Committee
Chairmanship Vacant

Actively seeks out and encourages potentially qualified candidates for all public offices, acquaints all potential candidates with the requirements and duties of the office.

 

 

 

The 120 Club Committee
David McCormick, Chairman

Responsible for recruiting membership into the Club, with the goal of covering all operating expenses of the Party Headquarters of RPVB.

 

 

 

Special Events Committee
Glenn Davis, Chairman

Responsible for organizing and coordinating all events of RPVB, including fundraisers.  

 

 

 

Resolutions Committee
Loretta Tate, Chairman

Responsible for the receipt and evaluation of all proposed Resolutions prior to their presentation to the City Committee membership.

Candidate Liaison Committee
Ross Vierra, Chairman

Acts as liaison between the City Committee and any Republican candidates and their campaigns.  Informs City Committee of such campaigns and seeks opportunities for City Committee members to participate in support of such campaigns.

 

 

 

Finance Committee
Tony Creed, Chairman

Responsible for the overall planning and supervision of the financial affairs of City Committee.  Plans, organizes and supervises the raising of funds for City Committee.  Prepares an annual budget to be presented by the Treasurer.

 

 

 

Membership Committee
Jason Miyares, Chairman

Seeks out individuals to become members of City Committee, distributes materials and information about City Committee to potential members and develops membership-promoting initiatives.

 

 

 

Operations Committee
Kenny Golden, Chairman

Oversees all matters pertaining to the operations of Headquarters and is responsible for the weekly RPVB Breakfasts.

 

 

 

Precinct Organization Committee
Steve Frucci, Chairman

Establishes and maintains a Republican Party organization for effective communication between individual voters and the leadership of the Republican Party as well as a mechanism for accomplishing the objectives of the Republican Party.  Plans, organizes and conducts necessary training of the Precinct Captains and workers.

 

 

 

Public Relations Committee
Ann Flandermeyer, Chairman

Communicates with print and electronic media to obtain coverage and announcement of events, meetings and other Republican Party activities.  Responsible for maintaining the website of the Republican Party of Virginia Beach.
